Registration privacy
CREDA uses form information to organise your participation in the 2026 conference, review proposals and contact you. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Information collected
Name, email, country, participation choices and, as relevant, organisation, optional phone number, role, proposed topic and message. No payment, identity document or password is requested.
Access and retention
Requests are stored on the website’s Cloudflare infrastructure and accessible to authorised organisers through the administration area. Exports must be protected and deleted by the same deadline.
Registration information is retained until 13 January 2027, then removed by daily cleanup. The administrator guide includes a manual verification. Submission rate limits use a temporary IP fingerprint expiring within two hours and removed by the next daily cleanup. This form does not store personal fields in browser storage.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion, contact CREDA and provide your request reference. The committee may verify your identity before acting.
A reference confirms receipt only. It does not automatically confirm a seat, speaking slot or accreditation.
