For the panel: include a summary and your proposed contribution. For partners or sponsors: describe your support. Do not provide passwords, identity documents or sensitive information.
Check the status displayed after submission: automatic confirmation or further review. Speaking slots, accreditation and partnership commitments require separate arrangements.
Access is restricted to the organisers. Data is kept until 13 January 2027, then deleted by the next daily cleanup. You can request correction or deletion through the Contact page.
